Morris was extremely professional and helped me get the best deal. Being a senior citizen, money is tight, so I really appreciated his efforts. If I ever move again, I'll return to this location and Morris. Thank you.

The only complaint I have is that I had to drive a long way to pick up truck because they couldn't get it to my local uhaul location.

The equipment was fine. But with over a week notice I was not able to get a truck form the location I wanted too. In addition the location that they gave me at first was 20 miles away. No compensation was offered for the additional miles. I think if you want to provide better service, a truck should be provided and in addition if that truck could not be picked up where the customer wanted to get it that compensation should be made for the additional miles.

We rented a trailer early one morning and was told that we had all lights and blinkers working only to find out well into our 12 hour trip to Texas that we had no lights or blinkers on the left side of the trailer. When we returned it,the uhaul place said that the trailer lights had not been working correctly. We told them that the place we rented from said everything was fine before we left! So glad we didn't have an accident or get a ticket due to not having correct lighting on the trailer!
