Trailer, although reasonably priced, was in bad shape. It took 20 minutes and a crowbar to close the door. Leaned horribly to the left. The attendant asked how it was when I returned it, I told him very poor and he just looked at me. The location was unclean and no attendant was wearing a mask even though the city has a mandate. I'd give it an F.

There was no dolly .. I had to use their greasy shop dolly.. I reserved a dolly but a u haul one not there

No tag, delayed pickup by 2 hours, guy was friendly and as helpful as he could be, and no judgement against him, but we had to remove trailer from uhaul truck, hook up to our truck, and there was no tag. Obviously, no prevehicle inspection had been done because had a pre vehicle inspection been done by company this could've prevented this issue and prevented a delay in our pickup.

I would only recommend if someone is needing a uhaul.

Everything was fine with one concern, I used a car hauler trailer which are very easy to use and are the best trailers I have ever used to haul a vehicle. I have one question, I looked at the website to find the U-Haul locations and looked at the fee to use one of the trailers, which showed to be $55 or $59 - I can't remember the exact amount but that is the range of the fee. The Boss Shop charged $89 for the trailer. I asked why the difference in amounts and they could not give me an answer. I needed the trailer - they had one - so I rented it anyway. Can you give me an answer?

Let the customer know what the equipment should have and what the customer should be in care of. Ex: the electrical connection from personal vehicle to auto transport trailer.

U-Haul transfeered me to this location and I had a bad achilles tendon. They had no appliance dolly or blankets and told me I had to hook up the trailer myself. They SUCKED!
