Great experience-My reservation was moved to another location. I was contacted by Jay who assured me that he will assist me at the new location. I was running behind with my movers and Jay went over and beyond to work around my schedule to make sure I still was able to pick up the transport. After meeting me he helped me move the truck and attached the transport. I didn't have a clue on what was going on but he still took his time and showed me how to hook the trailer. After my many questions I jokingly said-I know I'm getting on your nerves(lol) but your patience is very appreciated. This gentleman got on the ground in his dress clothes which was on leaves and dirt and fixed the hitch. He took customer service to a whole different level-something you do not see anymore . I wish him well with this company.
Nicole J.There was no there to accept the key. Truck was left in the back on that Friday with gas as picked up around 3:00 pm the same day that I picked it up. However I received an email two days informing me that I had not turned in the truck. I was disturbed because without actually checking I was accused of the truck not being returned without anyone checking. I feel this is so not good customer service.
Shelia M.Real quick service. only thing I didn't understand was I received no documentation showing I rennred the UHAUL. I have rented many UHAUL trucks and have always received documentation showing the mileage on the truck, the amoun tof gas in the truck and that I rented the truck. The gentleman did everything sitting in his vehicle. Maybe they have changed the way they do business. Anyhow , would rent again from him.
