Reserved truck ahead of time so I could quickly pick it up when I went to pick it up and I had to shovel it out of snow. Had to ask them to move trailers that were in front of it and had to wait two hours for them to get a ladder and remove the foot of snow from the top of the truck. Back door and gas cap were also frozen shut and I had to remove the ice myself. Tires were also hardly legal and were summer tires not the best for winter driving in northern Ontario.
