The u haul guy (in gladewater)was Super helpful and accommodating! He made special arrangements to get me in and out in a timely manner. Very professional. He was a younger guy (30's) and went to university of north Texas & his wife just had a new born. Unfortunately, i can't remember his name. I've rented from u haul a lot. This guy was the best I have ever dealt with.

The car hauler I rented had a tire strap that was cut and wouldn't reach over the tire to the ratchet.

I had 3 people in town from New Mexico to help with the move. I expected to be gone about 40 minutes to get the truck. 3 hours later, and after inconveniencing my friends for THAT long, I had the truck after spending a LOT of that time on the phone figuring out how to use your app. I am an IT professional. I install software for a living. I was so frustrated with the Customer Service personnel that also did not have sufficient knowledge of the app, I decided that Uhaul has gone from my go-to place for moving trucks to the very last place. If there are simply no other choices for moving trucks, I will reluctantly rent from Uhaul again. I don't believe in rewarding businesses that do anything other than provide goods and services that actually benefit the customer, not push then to the point that they are freakin' pissed off. Trust me, me and my girlfriend were both pissed after enduring that experience. I will not subject myself to that experience from Uhaul again. If the Uhaul guy at the first Uhaul place had told me about the truck being available would have simply said that it was an unattended pick up site, I would have had time to go elsewhere for the truck. He didn't do that. After being put on hold while your rep figured out the app, I started calling around to other places in the area to get the truck, and they were closing at 2. We wouldn't have had enough time to go back to Longview before 2PM after wasting nearly an hour at the Uhaul site on the phone and looking for an on site attendant. By this time, our friends that were there to help with the move were starving. We left the site to go back to Longview to get them some lunch. My girlfriend was on the phone with your customer service all the way back to Longview and part of the way to lunch. Afterwards, we went back to Gladewater for the final 25 minutes of being put through the proverbial ringer on your freakin app. Never Again. This experience was beyond ridiculous.

Communicate with customers when making reservation what type of light adapter they may need to accommodate your trailers. I had an adapter, but most people probably wouldn't. I can see where that could be an issue. The gentleman at the facility was extremely friendly and helpful.
