The men at this location are awesome! I always requested this location because of the service I have received here. They took special care assisting me with loading my car onto the auto transport. Great job fellas!

Friendly, helpful staff. Very accommodating when the trailer we reserved online turned out to be too small. Glad they had a larger one available. Not the 1st time to rent from this location. Won't be the last.

The worst Uhaul I've dealt with today. I'm an Allied driver and I rent 40 trucks a year or more. Over my 28 years, I've probably rented 100's. Most, probably Uhaul. After dealing with Corporate Uhaul, I'll do my best in the future to avoid you. You'll be last resort. Double billed me. Ran my credit card when you said you wouldn't.(Corporate Account) Transferred me 6 times, then sent me to the front desk for a 7th go. You also billed me for an extra day. I would've had forgiveness had it just been that rental store. After dealing with Corporate I see it's all the same.

Prefer the Ford cargo van to the GMC.

Right rear tire was leaking air. Personnel said thanks for the information, and would note it on the check in report.

This feedback is not specific to this location but for the Uhaul reservations process... I had reserved a 26' truck for our move (picking up on a Thursday at 5 and returning at 5 on Saturday). I received a phone call on Tuesday stating that my truck would need to be returned on Friday at 5 or that I "wouldn't be allowed to take the truck." Seeing as how I wasn't allowed into our new home until 4pm, this would not work. The options I was given were to take two smaller trucks (to which I explained we only have one person to drive and have three children in car seats to coordinate), or to rent a truck another day (we were required to be out of our house by 5pm on Friday). I was told the reasoning was that 1. It's spring break week 2. It's the end of the month 3. There are other reservations that need it.... none of which explain why the reservation I made and had a confirmation for would now be changed against my will. I was then told that the reservation and confirmation that I received only guarantees the pick up time and price, and that the drop off date/time are a "request." I have attached a screenshot of my confirmation email stating that both my pick up and drop off are "guaranteed." My husband called back and received the same frustrating, seemingly dishonest reasoning as to why two days before planning to move we were told we are basically out of luck. The worst part of this experience was the horrific, tremendously terrible way were we're treated by the Reservation Manager and her supervisor. They were rude, interrupted me constantly, and said things like "you just don't like the option I have for you." In the end, a different gentleman in Customer Service was professional and made an arrangement with my husband for a 20' truck plus trailer, but it still did not fix the way we were treated by the previous two employees, and still wasn't a great solution as we were caused to make more than one trip (the shape and size of the trailer simply did not equate to the additional 6' I would have had in the full height truck). The employees at the pick up and drop off locations were great. Overall, it was a terrible experience that added to our already high stressful time.

Nothing to make it better at all, give those dudes a raise. The winds were gusting to 80mph in the mountains and I pushed it off until the next day based on their information. They consider safety over money at Golden, CO U-Haul. Those dudes are really great dudes. I will be renting another U-Haul in the next day or so to finish our crazy move, thank y'all so much!

Check in process was very easy, but customer service was lacking. Signed for truck, was handed the keys, and was pointed to the truck. Didn't walk me out or around the equipment. The box was clean, but the windows were so filthy we couldn't see when driving into the sun. 12 volt adapter didn't work so couldn't charge phones or use gps. Truck was under powered and had trouble on hills when loaded. Fortunately ours was a local move as watching fuel consumption gauge while driving would have been frightening had it been a long distance move. Ultimate MPG was well below what is published on equipment website. Mentioned equipment issues to agent upon return of the truck and got an 'uh huh, I'll look into it', and sent on my way.
