You charged me for a safe move for 15 dollars I specifically didn't want because I was going only local and drove 11 miles. I didn't need that. I didn't reserve it with that.

Truck was old and battered, should have been retired years ago. The site is a gas station/convenience store NOT a u-haul dealer.
