Do you require smoke free trucks? The truck smelled like someone just smoked in it...not a huge deal though. Great customer service thank you.

The van had enough power. The door on this vehicle had trouble closing. The front steering was a little loose. The representative Sara told me that I would only be charged for one day if I dropped off the key in the drop box. I was charged for 2 days as well as 2 days for the dolly when I was told it would be 1. The van did well going over the pass.

Outstanding customer service. Updated my truck situation when the truck was in lot. From endless and organized.

It was disappointing that purchasing insurance at $14 was required when my insurance would have been valid. Apparently my indicating that I intended to take some wood products to the local trash transfer station made this incremental purchase mandatory. So, my half day, 12 mile rental at $19.95 ended up costing over $50 after insurance, mileage, taxes and incremental government “junk” charges. Other than this, the staff was accommodating and the rental process was efficient.

During our unloading we were texted a message which changed our drop off location from U-Haul that was over a mountain pass, back thru Denver and up to Boulder CO. , which would have taken 3-4 hours just to deliver. Called U-haul, no help, had to ask for a supervisor, changed the drop-off location to Kremlin CO which was a 50 miles away and was told the original site 15 miles away didn’t have room. Went to the original site I signed up for and they were happy to take the truck and said they had plenty of room. Will not pay up charge for returning truck to agreed upon location...shame on you U-Haul...everything else was perfect except the drop-off...you did not disclose that the drop off site could change when signing up, then wanted us to take the truck 3 hours away after a full day of unloading?
