When I park to return the vehicle the employee walked by me three times without even acknowledging me and I waited for over 5 minutes. Often times the wait time at this location is excessive. On this occasion there was no wait time to rent but to return the vehicle there was with no apparent reason.

There is a culture of good customer service at this location, but the store is often/usually understaffed and the staff on hand, while competent, seems stressed. Most transactions take 10 to 15 minutes and there is usually only one person working the counter. I often have to wait 20 minutes or more for help at this location.

We rented two trucks. I was able to get EIN information in for one by early check-in. The attendant was kind enough to revise the charges for the second to also include tax-exempt status Service was quite good.

I was not told that I had to check in at one facility and then go back to the original facility I booked at. I was given a dirty unit with someone else's things in the unit and when I called and spoke to the manager Basil he told me to just toss the items out in the dump. When I returned the trailer to the main facility there was no apology, no offer of compensation after I cleaned tup the previous customers mess.

I felt as though the person who assisted me was kind, friendly and very helpful. I would not change a thing, other than I have no plan to attend Grand Junction, Colorado in the future.

The website said .79 per mile for the 10' truck, but I was charged .99 per mile. No worries, I'm still very happy with my experience. However, you may want to look into that difference. Thank You so much Katherine for explaining everything so well when we picked up the truck. ?

The rim on one tire was very rusty. If I were going across country I may have been less confident about towing it. It worked fine for our move across town. I knew if there was a problem that help was close by.

When originally reserving the truck to rent, I did request to be notified once it was ready to go. I did not receive a phone so I could pick the truck up earlier. Other than that, the overall experience was good!

Everything went pretty quickly. Customer service was great. I had go wait awhile for the truck but the lady who helped me, made sure that I was taken care of.

I have rented a cargo van from this location twice. Both times I experienced a long wait at the counter to pick up my rental, which I booked online. I think an additional CSR or two would go a long way to expediting transactions. 25 minutes is a long time to wait just to pick up a key to a confirmed online reservation. I might also recommend occasionally test driving rental vehicles. The van I got this time around, a Dodge ProMaster, was a genuine rattletrap. There was so much screeching from the metal panels separating the cargo area from the driver and passenger, and so much rattling from the rails in back, that I couldn't hear traffic noise from inside the vehicle unless I opened the windows. I took a screwdriver and a socket wrench to the cargo area when I got home and tightened several of the noisemakers down, and that helped, but this should not have been necessary. It ought to be part of routine maintenance. On the positive side, once I got to the counter to pick up and return my rental, the CSRs I dealt with were polite, friendly, and competent. And despite the noise issues, the van performed well in all other respects.
