Too many fees. It would if been cheaper to rent my neighbors truck.

Trailer and Towing Supplies
I dropped it off after hours so I had no contact with anyone.
No one there during business hours,
I did not have to go inside. Instead I was met by a very friendly employee who was efficent and helpful while checking me out.
my only problem was that there was a very small bag in the back of it that had armer all and dry cloth in it from the car wash because it was dirty on the outside so i spent a couple bucks and my time to clean wiped down inside and then for that little bag of armor all and cloth they took $25 bucks off my deposit
No one was there and on the day it says they are open they only pick up for towing and hot U-Haul
Way too long to check-in using the app.
Truck ran well with no issues but the puck up location was not the one I selected when I reserved the truck.
Absolutely remarkable! Great service. Wonderful pricing. Thorough process. I'm so grateful we chose uhaul for this move!
I am very upset and frustrated with my overall UHaul experience. The truck I ordered kept getting smaller. My reservation location and size of truck was changed without my knowledge. AFTER the fact, I found an email in my junk mail that was sent less than 24 hours before my move indicating a LOCATION and SIZE of truck change. Do you understand how difficult it is in the MIDDLE of a home move to have a smaller truck and find the change in location. I had to drive further to get my truck and rely of other transportation to help fit our move. I waited on HOLD for almost 30 minutes to discuss with an agent. Finally I was asked AT THE TIME of picking up the truck for verification. My work is closed on the weekends and most of the verification documents requested were in storage. You should be asking for that information in ADVANCE. I was LUCKY that I happened to have a document in my car. But everything else was packed, and as I just mentioned I had to drive even further to get the truck. Just think of all the time I would have lost to have to go back and find that information. The was an AWFUL experience and I will not ever use UHaul again.
Very nice & helpful
All in all, it was a simple process to obtain the trailer and to return it. When I had initially given my card information, I had accidentally given them 2 different cards. When asked which card to run, I gave them my answer, and still they charged the wrong one. Put my bills in a bind, and was forced back pay on a few things. Really wish they paid attention to that specific detail.
Great experience. They had the truck when others didn't. Professional, friendly, quick people working there. I have before, and will continue to rent my trucks from there.
The reservation was not set up right on line was supposed to be 24 hours then reserved at 10 hours????
I am severely disappointed, when we went to drop it off we were charged a cleaning fee. I asked about it and was told it was because we had dog hair in the truck. I informed the gentleman that we don't have a dog. He then said well a cat then, I informed him again we don't have any pets what so ever. He then told me well there was a ring in the cup holder from a drink, really that's why you are charging me. No one had informed us it needed to be spick and span. It was in the same shape we picked it up in. Then we were charged for the gas not being where it was supposed to be, we stopped a few blocks away and filled up to the 5/8 mark. I left feeling scammed and so discussed with this whole experience. As much as I paid for the uhaul and then to charge for me for these things. This wasn't my first time using Uhaul services, I used them about a year and a half ago and that was a total different experience. The people were great that I dealt with and so helpful. On the upside when I called the Uhaul customer service line, they were fantastic and so friendly and helpful.
I was called the same day of my rental about an hour before I was to pick up my rental to tell me that I had no rental available at the location I had chosen or for the time I needed. I called back because they left a message on my voicemail. It took me 30 minutes to get someone to talk to after I was transferred from Texas back to Colorado then someone in New Mexico answered and tried to transfer me again. I refused and demanded service or I wanted to speak to a manager. Finally I was helped by the person in New Mexico but was only given a new location which was an hour away from the my initial reservation just to be charged more money when I was told it would be the same as I had already paid. I was not given the $50 credit that U-haul has as a booking guarantee. So I went an hour out of my way and my moving was delayed just to be denied the guarantee as I should have been contacted the night before and was not. So the locations were ok and the people were helpful at the sites but the overall booking experience was a nightmare as I thought I was ready to move at 930am and ended up not starting my move till 11 am by time I picked up the trailer and got to my location.
The truck had low tire pressure, and the paperwork wasn't explained well.
I have no complaints with Commander Towing. However, I do not like how difficult Uhaul has made the rental process. Uhaul seems to complicate the rental process more and more every year. Uhaul is more about data collection and liability mitigation than it is about serving its customers.
This location used to be the greatest location... Not now transplants are the new owners... they set there own prices which are absolutely ridiculous for a 2 hour truck rental.. The also have a side business for WELD county to make even more shady money.... UNREAl I have used U-Haul so much in my life & it only cost me 269.00 to go over 1000 miles with my truck rental from Broomfield , Co to Omaha Nebr... But these guys are making over $100.00 for 2 hours of a supposed $19.95 an hour truck rental yet I was charged over 77.00 for mileage plus put in $15.00 for gas .... so that makes a grand total of $132.00 outrageous ...........in Colorado......for 2 hours of moving .......does this make sense? No it doesn't .... STAY AWAY from this business & unless someone from corporate refunds my money $132.00 I will never ever in my lifetime use U-HAUL again .....
My pickup was not on time and I had to pickup in a city almost an hour away from me. As a result, I could not move into my new apartment and had to push out the start date of my new job. I will never use Uhaul again.
This location was wonderful, the guys there were friendly and helpful. Uhaul screwed up my truck rental and I never got a truck at all. For trailers, thumbs up, for trucks, thumbs down! I will pay more but will always use another company to rent a truck, never uhaul!
We were ripped-off with a bogus charge after the vehicle was dropped off.
Faster road side assistance.
The staff was excellent--friendly and efficient. Turning in the trailer I rented went fast.
Double charged and then when I called they came up with every excuse why they needed too. Over drew my bank and didn't even give the full refund back
