My experience with U-Haul was horrible. It took me three hours to check in and actually get the truck, because the mobile app was not working. The truck was not prepared for us to pick up and was covered in snow. When I FINALLY got to my storage location to move, the back door was completely frozen shut. I had to drive all the way back to the U-Haul center, putting more miles on my truck, for someone to pry the door open. From beginning to end, my experience was a nightmare and I will never use U-Haul again
