The woman who completed my rental information did NOT complete the hook-up of my U-Haul trailer; she informed me that I had to complete that on my own. Since I am not trained to do that and I had never hooked up a trailer before, I did it incorrectly. The woman looked over the hook-up afterwards and said that I was able to leave. A few minutes down the road, I received a phone call from the owner of Lisa's General Store informing me that I needed to pull over right away because my trailer was not hooked up correctly and I was in danger of losing the trailer and being in a serious accident. The gentleman was then able to drive to me and assist me with making sure my trailer was properly hooked up. When I stated that the woman did not complete the hook-up & that she had said I was responsible for it, he informed me that he has told his employees multiple times that THEY (and not the customers) are responsible for completing the hook-ups and that the employees have been trained in this task. I would love to be able to recommend this location simply due to the kindness of the owner of Lisa's General Store; the only reason why I am not recommending this location is due to the extreme safety concerns I have with his employees who do not complete their job duties as expected.

This was my second time renting from this location and both times the key was not where the 24/7 app stated it would be. I had to wait 45min this time to get the key which cut into my rental time. The lady behind the desk was also not polite at all either times.

Drop box for the key fixed, also the replacement zip tie for dolly needs updated, dolly was not hooked up when we picked it up.

This site was 40 miles from my home, staff rude and grumpy No concept of the needed mileage just to get truck back to my home to load the on to destination.

We have returned trucks twice to this location. The first time the person was just not friendly; not ideal but not a deal breaker. The second time they charged us an additional day ($53) even though we returned the truck early. When I called to question the charge they told me it was for overage on the mileage even thought that is not what the bill said. I explained that we had asked for additional mileage when we picked up the truck in GA and did not what to get stuck with overage at the end. The person in PA told me she had no way of knowing what the pick up location in GA did or did not say. It was clearly stated on our paperwork that we were allowed the 805 miles not the 730 that she was telling me we had. They eventually issued a refund for the $53 we are just now waiting for Uhaul to credit it back. And to be clear even though she told me it was for a mileage overage the bill stated it was for extra days. Not a great drop off site and will not rent or return from this location again.

Do a better job with trailer maintenance. There were a couple of door rollers that had come off laying inside on the floor. The back door seal also leaked quite a bit. This was reported when we dropped the trailer off and they immediately addressed the maintenance issues.

Save my information so I can rent quicker. Keep my card on file , address and driver's license. Maybe just scan license and I'm good to go? I rent 3 or 4 times a year. But the location is awsome, friendly and always have a truck . Also convenient and easy to find.

When I make a 10:30 reservation and I get there at 10:20, just to find out the store is closed, call uhaul and they just acted like nothing. Didn't even offer any compensation for my wasted time on their mistake.

Inside cargo area of truck was dirty. Mattress is hauled have dirt / black grim. When taking into my new house the dirt got in my carpet. Now I have to have it cleaned and the mattress cleaned. Not happy at all. U-Haul messes up my initial rental. Had to travel 30 minute away to pick up a t truck. I want a refund for my trouble

The inside of the truck smelled so bad. Had to drive with windows down. They left a bottle of frebreez in the cup holder for me. Did not even come close to eliminating the smell.
