Truck was not available at Eastside UHaul because the idiot manager forgot to set it up even though I had it booked for 9 days. Had to find one elsewhere. Refused to give me $50 that you promised if the truck was not ready. The truck I eventually picked up was parked in a muddy field with no lighting. The truck was filthy. I cleaned it but my wife didn't want to use it because it was probably full of roach eggs. We returned it unused. I'd like a full refund of the $42 and change you charged me.
