Greg F.Made a reservation for a uhaul and upon arrival noticed that there was no one at the location despite it being during business hours. Called a number on the door for assistance. The person who answered tells me, “I've got 9 people here so you're just gonna have to wait.†A hour and a half goes by and we finally get the keys to the uhaul. A HOUR AND A HALF. The worst customer service ever. No apology. No let's make it right. Nothing. Then we get in the uhaul and the ENGINE LIGHT is ON. I was beyond irritated. This entire rental experience was the absolute worst and I wouldn't even think to waste my breathe to refer someone here.
