Guy was very upset I was dropping off a trailer he didn't want.

I would recommend this location to a friend, friendly, cooperative, helpful.. doing their best!!! However our corporate level U-Haul experience overall was quite Dreadful! Would never, EVER recommend them to anyone Their communication is horrific; shoddy and incredibly unimpressive, dependability= 0 , you reserve a vehicle you don't get what you reserved it makes the move impossible. If you live in snow country and have reserved a small vehicle which you can back down your driveway in the snow and load and then they give you one that's twice as big it's almost useless... Never again U-Haul!!!!

It's the only game in town, so you'd think they'd be happy to serve Uhaul customers. When I arrived with my trailer, the younger guy didn't introduce himself or say hi, he says "you sure you don't want to take this back where you got it? I don't have to accept this, you know. They just pile up in the back." He told me to take it to Montrose before starting to inspect it. Inside the building, he tells the older owner, "Got more trailer trash. That makes 15 dollies in a pile back there. Every damned trailer comes with another dolly." Inside the store is completely thrashed. Empty pizza boxes on top of 4-foot-tall piles of paper behind the service counter. Aisles so full of rotten boxes and trash you can't walk down then to look at the merchandise. Bags of faded, old, dusty potato chips for sale. I mean, this place could be condemned. Absolute trash pit run by people who clearly don't want to be in the Uhaul business.

We got a guarantee that there would be a truck and a trailer at this pick up location but there was only a truck available. This made it necessary to go to another uhaul location and pick up the trailer another day which made it much more complicated, took a lot more time and we had much higher costs because we were driving there and back and there and back again! This is not customerfriendly!!!

If there are no vehicles within a reasonable amount of distance from the desired location pick up U-Haul should not schedule pickups like this or even say that they can do it 64 miles is way too far out of the way regardless of being in a remote location

When I arrived the individual who met me said " I do not have to accept this trailer if I don't want to". He told me he hated trailers and I brought him the worst size. He disparaged customers who rent U-Hauls to bring items to their second homes in Gunnison and Crested Butte. He was a horses ass and I recommend you give the franchise to another individual.

I love this shop! Everyone i have worked with there through the years has always taken special care to help me feel safe and secure on my journeys, and welcome when i return.

You must have a valid license. My had expired on 8/7 and they would not accept it. If TSA will accept it for a year I am not sure why UHaul will not.

Location was fine but owners told me they almost gave away my rental as I was not there at the exact time. Nothing in the rental process advised me that I had to be there at the exact time or risk losing the rental. They also told me that renting online was the worst possible way to rent, which was a fairly strange thing to say.

Cost was very high. The old guy was a bit of a jerk. The store looks like it hasn't been cleaned since the 70s.

They always have what I need. The trailers are well built and tow well. Furniture blankets are the right size and very useful.

The guys that helped me were very pleasant and friendly and very efficient. There's lots of trucks outside. Parking the truck was really easy. This is a very convenient location. The facility inside is a mess. You have to see it to believe it. I would use the location again and the mess doesn't bother me much, but it is unbelievably cluttered. The other U Hauls I have been in had displays and lots of boxes and straps and merchandise that would be very helpful while moving. The displays were pleasant and clean and well kept. This location was not like any I have been in before.

I did not get a name, but there were two males - younger and older. The younger male was very disrespetful and tried to make me feel bad about having a second home in CO. He then started talking bad about U-Haul and how the company does not care that he has too many trailers. People only drop off from him and he can't get rid of them. I did not care for his attitude. The older gentleman was wonderful. I spent 20 minutes talking college baseball and Texas sports with him. He could not be any nicer.
