I had to remotely return my U-Haul as they didn’t open until 10:00. No customer service at all and never saw the inside of the building. I suggest going to a location with better hours.

You changed the pickup location and then would not allow me to drop off at a different location much closer to my end location.
Teresa MI signed up to use the mobile app. The barcode/QR code was not posted, so we had to call 3 different people being bounced around from each to get a code to unlock the box for keys. I was not offered anything for my problems or delays in getting to move. It was a HORRIBLE experience!! It ruined what was supposed to be a special day!
