Make it very clear from the beginning that if people are using phone check in, they should download the app and that it likely won't work from a browser window. Tell the individuals working at the location, make it clear on the website. The call representative I finally spoke to said he gets many calls a day about the problem. It would've saved me 45 minutes of hanging out alone in a dark parking lot trying to figure it out and being on hold.Rachel T.

be more clear about the process of one way trips and the lack of availability of equipment and trucks. The ONLY thing that was easy and pleasant about using Uhaul, was the man in charge at the Hadley location. I called Uhaul and spoke with 3 different people and only one was tolerable and he even just randomly transfered me to someone else. WORST experience EVER. ðŸ˜¡Abraham M.
The person at the desk was very helpful. UHaul's website, and the rental over the phone process, are useless. I was asked to look in too check in the van, but when I logged in, it said I had no active reservations. Perhaps your system has multiple express of me, and only let me log in to an old one. These really need to be redone with a lot more care, because right now, they're flaky and haphazard.Ian M.
