RICHARD B.This was the worst experience I have EVER had with uhaul- Logan from walk the line was AMAZING and went above and beyond to help me when U-Haul failed and continues to refuse to address my issues. I have called more than I can count on my hands will full proof of this mess- nobody from either entity has contacted me directly other than coordinating with Logan who was again, the only positive in this situation. I had to procure completely alternate accommodations and now I am being charged over +$100 in pending charges for a non-operable van from a location with no one present and a process which does not allow customers to report engine lights and does not wish to take accountability for every single pitfall in communication. I will never be renting from U-Haul again.
