I understand that this business has struggled and is improvising, but the parking spot is in a narrow alley with branches that scrape the roof of the van as you leave or exit. This opens me up to all kinds of liability for scratches that I have no control over and is completely unfair. Also, the location is inaccurate. They're at 3381 Dogwood, not 3301.

Orrin L.Requested mobile pick up but keys were kept inside not available in lockbox.The dealer wasn't there and had to contact another vendor who shared space to reach dealer. Dealer informed me that my scheduled pick up was changed to 3:00 pm but I had checked in with my phone clearly indicating 11:30. Had to wait approximately 2 1/2 hours for dealer to arrive to get keys. What the purpose of mobile pick up? This was the fifth time I used Uhaul and had major problems with 3 of the rentals. Definitely will not use this dealer again if necessary.
