I would recommend you not use the 24/7 pick as the code for the key did not appear and it took about an hour to get the keys. So I had 4 people who were volunteering to help just standing around because of the key issue.

Maybe have a prorated amount per hour past due times. I hit traffic which was out of my control and you charged me an entire days rental for being a few hours late. It’s okay. I will tell everyone I know not to use Uhaul and I will just buy my own trailer so I don’t have to get had by you crooks again.
Andrew RThe owner first offered me a light cable that was old and worn. However, a co-worker assisted in getting the trailer hooked up and providing a new cable.
Adrian JNot use colonial cleaners as a U-Haul pickup location. Charged me for an extra day when I dropped the rental off the same day. Lied about the actual mileage used. Charged a gas charge of $10 when the gas gauge didn't move from pickup to drop off. Never again.
