We needed the biggest trailer and had a reservation for it yet when it was time to pick it up...it wasn't available because previous renter didn't bring it back. We are now having to make a second trip to SA to pick up what didn't fit. Very inconvenient!

I would like to say that I do not like to be lied to about the cleaning the inside the U-Haul and the passenger seat and the driver seat was filthy with this COVID-19 that is going on I am a trust any U-Haul there is no meeting or cleaning properly so I had to go home and clean everything thoroughly and I've asked the employees if if it was cleaned and their answer was yes The U-Haul was clean and that's when I went to check and it was not cleaned it Was not maintained.

I need my 50.00 guarantee refund due to my reservation having to be moved to another location. Because of this overall experience I was put back about two hours not only was my reservation moved because the trailer was not able to get me hooked up due to mud my truck was stuck in the mud when I was told to park there so that it can be hooked up. I tried to contact somebody at the U-Haul central station
