First trailer had lights not working on left side and hitch was extremely difficult to hook up. Didn't use it. Second trailer also had left lights non working but hitch was fine. Used the second trailer

Kevin J.Even though this was not a UHAUL dealership location we picked up a truck and a few hours later picked up a car dolly. Picking up the truck was fine, however, when picking up the tow dolly no one would help us or answer questions on how to use the tow dolly. I ask for help several times but I was told we are not trained on how to use the equipment. We ended up driving the truck and dolly across town to have a UHAUL store help us.
