Sadly, we didn't receive what we ordered (moving blankets) and were told we would be credited (we were not). Additionally, the fee structure is highly problematic. A truck advertised for $29.99 + $1.29 per mile resulted in a final charge of nearly double that. We'll, of course, attempt to recoup these credits before we forward on to other means of recouping our funds.

The first location was closed and although we chose the mobile app pick up during the booking process, our truck was not in the lot nor was there drop box for any keys. I was on the phone with a rep who was able to help me but it was an unfortunate start to the trip as we had to drive across town which added additional miles due to pick up at a further destination. I would not recommend the first location to a friend.
