LOVED the self pick up option, but the storage place owner drove by and actually checked me in not sure how the process would have played out.

Truck was not clean in the back. we had to sweep it out before we could load it. make sure the truck is clean when the next customer gets it. Provide some training on how to adjust the side mirrors when picking it up

This was terrible. It is not a real Uhaul location. The guy didn't have the correct mattress pads I reserved so I had to go to the real Uhaul place anyways even though it was just down the road. Also, the truck I originally had was in terrible condition. The seat was lopsided, there was no car charging port or aux input. This is not the truck for a 1200 mile long move. I was upset. Thankfully, the real Uhaul location was able to swap me for a newer truck. This guy at this location should NOT be able to rent out trucks for long distance. I was very upset at this and quickly realized I felt trapped. This is NOT the standard Uhaul should be setting for customers.

This was not the location I was to pick up the truck and blankets from. They did not have the blankets I requested and offered no solution or reason why. I had to drive the truck, using my miles and gas, to the place I originally was to pick up the truck and get the blankets I requested. I reserved the truck and blankets a week before needing them. That should have been plenty of time to actually have the truck and blankets at the location I originally agreed to. That is what "reservation" means.

They did a good job and took care of my needs. Great, almost new, truck with new tires which was perfect for a 1700 mile move! Thank you!
