Truck was filty when I picked it up. Clerk did not go out to vehicle and explain anything about it. Just handed the keys. When I went to return vehicle only 1 person was there with 5 people waiting in line. Wasted 1 hour and 15 minutes and got no satisfaction without going back.John D.
The problem wasn't just the location it was the overall experience. I went to pick up my truck and it wasn't ready, it was cover in snow and end up have to wait for a new one. Contact U-Haul later because the website says if your reservation is not ready you get $50, I was told if they find a solution I don't get the money back(fault advertising) the U-Haul has 2 Different charges on my account in is the actual charge of 78 and another of$82.00 and now they are telling I need to Wait until 5 business day for the money to be release. Why do an estimate and charged twice, I woke up this morning with no money, you don't know anyone situation to be holding twice the amount you are going to charge just because, it's unfair and poor serviceKenny M.
The general manager is rude, lazy, and unprofessional! The equipment that I rented had a whole box of macaroni noodles and a broken ceramic vase broken in the back trailer. I have been sick since I rented the truck, and hope to God that the truck was properly cleaned after each use for at least COVID-19 purposes, since they were obviously skipped for normal cleanlinessChristina A.
My only complaint was the truck had no windshield washer fluid in it. Had to add some of my own in order to clean the window.Bryan K.

The attendant was high as a kite. We walked into the office and were overwhelmed at the smell of pot. He had bloodshot eyes and tried to had me check in even though I had already done so, requiring us to give our phone numbers 3+ times due to his confusion, and then tried to have me pay again even though I already had. I reserved the truck 1 week in advance to get a phone call explaining to me the truck is not at location that it is 48 miles away from me and its the only location that has truck. I drove to pick it up due to necessity, I get there i payed then they tell me I have to dig out the truck from snow 2 days ago. I spent 2 hrs shoveling at night to get truck out. I had to clean 8" of snow off the windshield. I'll say it again, I had to clean off at least 8" of snow on the windshield. I had to wait at least 20 minutes for the truck in front of mine to be plowed out and cleaned off with the same amount of snow that was on mine. How do you guys get any return business?Gregory F.

Better customer service. I returned the vehicle when I was supposed to & seems to me the person that received the keys check make sure everything was ok. I got a call really early morning to be asked me Where's the truck and later on when I called back to ask if they found the keys or truck she told me she did and also told me the truck was 3/4 full and I needed to pay for the extra cost. We fill the truck prior returning the truck . We check out during business hours only used for 6 hrs because they asked to return it within 6 hours. When we did I was told everything was ok. Horrible experience. Wish they could trained adult instead of bunch of kids that they don't know what's going on.Sympia H.

Have a backup plan for when customer's truck is not available at reserved time and place so that he doesn't need to add 100 miles to planned trip. $50 refund didn't cover added miles not to mention time. I didn't mind driving to Hazleton from Allentown to pick up a smaller truck than I reserved but I should not have had to drive back to Hazleton to drop it off when plenty were in the area where I was supposed to pick the truck up to begin with. Someone from uhaul should have driven it back.Mark S.
