The floor of the trailer was extremely dirty. I was charged $20.00 for 6 moving pads and a dolly that I did not ask for, and the items were not even in the trailer.

I was charged for insurance I did not ask for or want. I was charged for a dolly and furniture pads that I was never given or that I even needed. I called the number on the paperwork and nobody ever answered. I emailed them and they never responded. Very disappointed!!

When I got there at my appointed time it was closed. The responsible person was a city over. Was late. Stayed on phone for 30 more mins trying to get someone to come help me. Upon arrival the next gentlemen was nice. Said hewassorry for what happened and the corporate office gave me $25.00 off my rental.

Location was not a usual Uhaul rental location...it is a used car/business center on a small city lot. However, Kay, the owner, was gracious and helpful.

Location was unattended during normal business hours. Because of the very reasonable cost of refueling this turned out not to be a problem - we intended to refuel but dropped the key before we remembered to do so. It was also hard to recognize from the street - we bypassed it twice.
