I wanted to pick up on Havana in Aurora, but I had to pick up in Highlands Ranch. I feel that the uhaul should have been delivered to my preferred location - which was closer to the apartment we were moving out of.

Wait time in office is much longer than expected.

Your young man that is ranked number one in the country in hitch installs was fantastic.

While we always sweep and clean the trailers we rent, the one rented this week wasn't when we picked it up.

Even with it being busy, everyone was very friendly.

I was charged for damage to the vehicle we did not cause. Upon check in we attempted to get assistance from an employee inside only to be turned away and told we had to do a self check in outside. It took several attempts to get the website to pull up correctly and advance through the questions. Pictures were taken of the existing damage to the vehicle and uploaded to the website (3 in total) as well as pictures of the mileage and gas level as directed. No one bothered to stick around and check out the vehicle with us and the self check in took much longer than previous rentals I've had. Only after we returned the vehicle did we notice that those pictures did not save to our phone, but the website only. Upon return of the truck, all of sudden employees were now absolutely available to assist us and point out the damage we supposedly did in our 2 hour rental. We informed the manager that the damage was already existing to the truck and that the pictures were loaded to the site. We asked him to confirm and he stated the system was down and he couldn't show us. Convenient. This is a fraudulent way to do business and the charge to our card was both unauthorized and unwarranted.

Too busy of a location, workers were nice but tired at 11am..

The folks who checked us in and out were courteous and quick. The main problem was that we ordered several moving blankets and they didn't have any. They suggested I go pick them up at another location which I had to do and took one hour of time that I didn't have just then. The truck worked fine.

The car hauler you rented to me had a tire that was bald, I didn't inspect the back right tire until I got to my destination. I had to have the tire replaced by a very nice Uhaul dealer in Pueblo who went out of his way to reopen the store get a replacement tire and put it back on the trailer. I have photos showing the tire, Can't even imagine if the tire had blown going down the highway. If anyone deserves a 10 star rating it is John Pickard from the Pueblo UHAUl That store deserves all of the credit for making the end result a pleasant one. 10 stars for John and the Uhaul store in Pueblo, 0 stars for the County Line store letting that trailer with that tire go out on the road in that manner.

Be friendly and have the truck there that I reserved or call and give me a heads up made my move difficult because I did not have the truck I reserved I got a van instead and no dolly which I had also reserved.

Slow, slow, slow, and terrible customer service in sales office. The equipment and outside staff are good. I called the store manager about my experience, no reply. Just flat out bad experience for me.

The staff wasn't friendly. Both at check out and check in I was trying to use the self service, but there is very little instruction and poor signage at the location.

This locations negligence is unexcusable. They let the trailer go out without properly functioning lights, and a brake cable harness with exposed wiring. When we went to return it, they tried to find a replacement on another trailer and all of them had been pieced back together with electrical tape. So they sent us back with one of those. We asked if they guaranteed it would work, they said "We don't guarantee anything". We then plugged that cable in, and it blew half of my fuses in my engine fuse block. Then we ended up talking to roadside assistance and a guy properly took care of the cable, 12 hours after we picked up the trailer...

I was told I could do a cash deposit, and the rest on my card. When I arrived I then was told I could only pay the full amount in cash. So i then had to pay the amount with my card. The cashier was short and rude with me, and lastly the trailer was an old beat up thing from, I could only assume, the 1980s. Nancy was the nicest person I talked to there, and was helpful in the reservation set up and the drop off. I did appreciate that.

They had a line of customers waiting to be helped and one person to check them out, Seemed under staffed for such a busy location

When we first arrived, one of the lot helpers immediately told us that they didn't think the trailer would work with our vehicle. Which, on a day when someone is about to make a big move, is the last thing you want to worry about. They ended up selling us a taller tow bar and it worked just fine. They were busy and rushing to get us out of there, but their manners were definitely absent. They should be more sensitive to the fact that this is a big day for most and focus on being more helpful.

I went into the business on Tuesday, June 13th to reserve the largest truck for Sat (6-17)& Sun (6-18), gave them my cc and signed for it. Saturday, when we went to pick the truck up, they had no record of me reserving the truck. The young lady was very nice about getting us a truck anyway. We returned it that evening as we were finished earlier than anticipated.

Great customer service and no problems with the van. But the parking for your own car is basically non existent.

I had the worst U-Haul experience ever. We were moving out of state and anything that could have gone wrong with U-Haul, went wrong.

If you ask preferred place to pick up your truck then make it happen. Get the truck to that preferred place. It's just easy for customers with all the stress of moving. My moving trip was a 3 1/2 days and my truck needed an alignment. Please make sure your trucks are ready for that road trip.

At 145k miles the truck was in poor condition. The back also smelled like a vagrant had been living if in it. The location was closed and I had to go ahead with the move and not return for a different truck.

I did have a minor billing problem but it was quickly and happily resolved. This was the third time I have used this location and will be back. Thank you!

The self check in and out process is very cumbersome and long. Might as well go to the front desk to get it done.

Alan C. on

I had to way far too long to begin the check out process. I had a reservation but waited 30 minutes to get checked out. Then the wrong amount of gas was claimed to be in the truck than actually was. I was told I'd have the truck for 12 hours but the paperwork indicated 10 1/2. The per mile rate is too high for local moves. Ended up costing twice what I expected.
