Very limited parking space. It took is almost 15-20 minutes to find parking in adjacent business and then we had to walk 10 minutes to get to the U-Haul location.

Two issues: 1. Your employees should not be using their personal phones to take pictures of the front and back of drivers licenses, even if it’s for a uhaul app on their phone. There’s too much opportunity for identity theft. I’m surprised your legal counsel allows this. 2. The truck cab smelled like cat piss. I had to drive with the windows down the entire time so I wouldn’t gag.

Great staff best location I have been to!

I have used U-Haul exclusively for years. After this past experience, I will avoid renting from U-Haul in the future. We reserved a trailer at a specific time and location. Showed up at the specified location at specified time to find out our reservation had been changed without any notification from U-Haul. The new location had different operating hours, therefore completely voiding the extremely tight schedule and busy day of moving my family of 6. When the U-Haul customer service representative called to be a customer service representative, he was very rude, dismissive and short. Overall, an extremely disppointing experience. On a side note, not sure what the purpose of "express checkout" is after waiting in line for about 45 minutes.

Need to work on availability of equipment when reserving online. Reserved a 17' truck at one location and got a call that I had to go to another location to get a 15' truck or travel 3 times father to get a 17'. Negates the point of having reservations.

Customer service needs to be improved. Employees are clearly unhappy and it shows. The gentleman who checked me in was nice but distant. The employee who hooked up the trailer to my truck didn't smile, didn't respond when I asked him how he was doing, seemed very rushed and frustrated. The employee who unhooked the trailer from my truck at the end of the day also didn't respond when I asked him how he was doing and just said "you can go now". I loved the convenience of getting a last minute trailer with u-haul but the employees ruined it for me.

I could not get the self help key to open and when I went in for help there were several employees chatting with customers about everyday things and not rentals. It took me 30 MINUTES to get help and then the truck I rented was blocked in. They told me if I just turn the wheel hard left I would be fine and left. RIDICULOUSLY BAD!

The front counter employees are under staffed. Waited twenty five minutes this morning at the front counter as you only had one employee checking out trucks. More staffing would definitely be helpful

Great service and advice from my Highlands Ranch U-Haul.

Check in gal was rude and eating a bag of chips, the person who pulled out the truck left the mirrors folded in and had to pull over to fix them. Someone’s phone was left in truck, The fella who called about the phone in the truck was very professional.

I rented a 5x8 enclosed trailer. The interior needed cleaning as we had to sweep out a bunch of leaves before loading our items.

Tire pressure was low, person that hooked up tow dolly was acting like I inconvenienced him

All associates we're professional and friendly, especially the gentleman that hooked us up.

Check-in staff was not friendly. Dropped the truck off in Saturday afternoon and it took FOREVER! The line for dropping off trucks was at least 6 long, maybe longer. And if you had a trailer, there was no wait at all. It was super irritating to see them while right in while the rest of us sat in line in our trucks.

Parking lot is to crowed. U-Haul needs more room for cars. Entrance was to narrow.
