Truck worked great but the highway tires were not the best thing for Montana roads, carry a bag of sand to throw under the tires it will save you a lot of headaches.

Good. The point of sale system needs to be updated... Both the rep and franchisee tried collectively 10+ times to modify my ticket... We eventually had to do it manually on the hard copy and then again at check out... A bit clunky for this stage of the game... Needs to be fixed.

I was very frustrated. Scheduled online the truck for an 8 am pickup time. Got to location and they don't open until 9 am. Location couldn't look up order or do anything to help even though they were there early. Online checkin express didn't allow me to click on " terms and condiotions" after I read them- no way back to original screen- terrible software program....

my only issue was, i bought a uhaul lock for my cargo and after traveling across several states the keys would not open the lock. uhaul was no help at all, in fact the clerk at uhaul told me that they "threw away their bolt cutters 2 weeks ago because they were dull". What kind of uhaul/storage place does that! how insulting and should be embarrassing for uhaul on County Line Rd in Highlands Ranch, Co!!!

The check in process was overly long and repetitious due to inaccurate booking over the phone. It is difficult to provide information to one representative over the decibel level of nearby customers and other representatives. It would be easier to simply fill out the necessary information on piece of paper and avoid having to yell to be heard, sometimes two and three times. The billing process is misleading and confusing; line items appear AFTER the total and thus seem to be additional rather than included. The hook up specialist cut and then spliced the wiring on my hitch to try to get the lights working to no avail....I was simply left having to get another vehicle. This was not encouraging.

There were issues with the computer system, which led to longer than normal check out time. It took nearly 50 minutes from the time i arrived until i drove out of the parking lot with the truck and I had a reservation in advance.

I think it was unfair of you to charge me for two days. When I rented the truck I was told that I could bring it back tomorrow and that the only other fee would be the mileage. I had the truck 25 hours instead of 24. I think you should refund me the 39.95

The customer service with the equipment guys (picking up and dropping off the trailer) was a lot better than the young woman at the front counter, she had an unfriendly, unhelpful attitude and seemed really annoyed when I asked any questions. I had read yelp reviews ahead of time, so I was mentally prepared for the poor customer service, but seriously lady it takes a lot more energy to be rude and annoyed than it does to be friendly and smile. Unfortunately her attitude may be more of an indication of management's "tone at the top", as often times management is the one who sets the tone and that tone trickles down to the employees.

Your online reservation system should not allow you to select a 'preferred location if there are no trucks available. Also if a different location is going to be required to pick up the truck, a call needs to be made (even if it's towards the end of business hours) or the online reservation should not be allowed to be made if that is an issue.

The person that checked me out made me think that I had to have the truck back by 11:30,when in fact I was able to get an extension.I have never rented a truck before and did not appreciate the way he treated me. He also didn't tell me that there wasn't a loading ramp. Not everyone has rented a truck before and you should train your employees to that fact . Word of mouth is your best advertisement.

The truck I took went down of battery and I had to wait for an hour for U Haul service to come over and help me. I was literally standing on a road for 1 hour on a cold mid night with fully loaded truck. This is cheating customers and why would u haul does this. No one called me for feedback and no one cared about service.

The customer service that answers the phone when a store is too busy to pickup needs improvements. I called to mention I had been charged for 2 days rental when in fact I had the vehicle for just one day. The representative was presumptuous, and arrogant. I was promised a call back in 5 to 10 minutes from John, a General Manager. That was 2 hours ago and I have still not received a call back! Fortunately after speaking with this inept representative I knew my best option was to return in person to the rental location. Upon returning everyone at this location agreed that I should not have been charged an extra day. Apparently the gentleman that checked me in missed an important procedure in the check in program, according to manager on duty.
