The trailer we were given to use would not stay tightened to the hitch, it was unsafe and unusable, we had to return it after 1 hour. There were no other units available.KEITH H.

I returned my equipment and when i got my receipt it wasnt turned in for i er 2 hours and the lady said she had been to busy to check it in she blew me off and said to call uhaul. Very unprofessional and rude. Would never recommend this location.SUSANNE G.
The check in on phone was somewhat confusing when asking about a second contact. Wasn't sure what it was asking as far as the choices listed since I didn't have one listed. After waiting for 20 minutes on the phone for help I was FINALLY able to get my key and get rolling down the road. I will say that the check IN on the phone went much smoother!Brian S.

Card reader wasnt working, took 3 cards to get one to be accepted !!! I filled the truck ACROSS THE STREET FROM LOCATION upon return, filled it till the pump clicked off, it says on the truck to not top off..more fuel than when i picked it up and i was charged !!! Online return would go thru !!!! And the person at the desk never left her chair, no walk thru, no instruction on the truck...nothing...this was the worst u haul experience ive had in 40yrs...maybe if they stayed open more than 3.5 hrs in a saturday this would have went smoother...Kenneth G.

The woman that works there is rude and lacks all things required to work in customer service! I will never rent from this location again. Lock box did not work - jammed? Tried to call many times and on hold for a long time. Suggestion to have emergency contact for location. Finally, 2.5 hours later, we got into another box for key. I scheduled to have a 26ft truck but received a 10ft. Messed up entire day and move. I really hope UHaul will take care of the inconvenience this has caused.Mike P.

Maintenance your equipment. The suspension was totally horrible. Front end alignment was completely off. I drive professionally so can tolerate a lot but an inexperienced person could potentially be in a lot of troubleMATT B.

We walked in to rent a small trailer with ramp to take a riding lawnmower from one place to another. We only needed it for a couple of hours at most. We called ahead to be sure that a trailer was available and went straight in. The person that was working was very nice, but it took five attempts and 45 minutes to actually rent us the trailer. She had to call someone else (twice) and at the end, we were forced to take and pay for the insurance, which was $11 extra. We had no intention on taking the insurance and made that clear, but were told that she was unable to remove it. We ended up paying almost $40 to rent a trailer for a couple of hours. We weren't given drop off instructions, so we just returned it after hours and left. I received a call the next day asking if we had returned it because there had been no self check-in. I explained that we weren't told that we needed to do that and that we had, in fact, dropped it off the previous evening around 6pm. We have rented from U-Haul many times in the past and have never had this kind of an experience. Overall, it was a poor experience and we will probably not use this location again, although it is the closest to our home.ADRIANNE M.

The woman at the counter said she would be there until 4 PM and when I returned at 3:30 pm she was already gone. The website I had to use to return the truck started me over twice and the third time I made it further along but there was no indication that I was done so I don't know if I actually made it all the way through the return process. I just put the keys in the box because I was not going to try a fourth time.Samuel G.

The after hours check out process is impossible. It took 3 hours.... and I'm actually tech savvy! People can't be on there phone with support and be on a website at the same time with one phone! When there is a problem or something is not filled in correctly instead of the website forcing you through the ENTIRE process just to kick it out due to an error 5 pages prior is ridiculous! I went through the form 5 times! That's a lot of typing on a PHONE!!!! At least 2 of the 5 customer service reps were ignorant of their job! Whoever canceled the reservation just added another layer of anger. Yes, I said cancel, then she talked me out of it just to hang up with me, just to not call me back as she said she would and instead cancel the reservation.... REALLY??? How dumb!Laura M.
