Have representatives more aware of customer needs at pick up and drop off locations and more helpful in referring them. Have representatives more aware of trailer condition at pick up location as at the time of pick up it is often too late to make changes and last minute repairs after a trip has been planned in advance for weeks.

William B.When we arrived at the location, there was a lockbox with the key in it. However, uhaul failed to provide us with the code to the lockbox. After multiple phone calls, we finally obtained a code 45 minutes after our arrival time. Therefore, we lost almost an hour of our paid rental time because of uhaul's negligence. Then we were charged a late fee for arriving 30 minutes late to our drop off location, even though we lost almost an hour of our rental time waiting for uhaul to provide us with a code to the lockbox. We will not be using uhaul again. Overpriced and poorly managed.
