Very slow and did not have hand truck as ordered.

BARBARA Ayou can honor my reservation request and not send me 60 miles out of my way to pick up a truck two hours after my reservation time.
F wI got a call several days after dropping off the truck from uhaul saying I need to either turn in my equipment or call and communicate my needs. I had dropped off the truck at the designated time the same day that I had rented it. Because this issue has happened with uhaul before, and I had used the downtown Olympia location, I believe this is a uhaul issue, not the stores issue. Uhaul could do better at the check in process.
