Shelia C.Checkout was a little slow due to internet connection speed. Staff was extremely thorough and ready to help. One change in the system that you might consider. The checkout started at 2:00 PM it was 2:45 ish before contract was in hand and heading out the door. My return time was 2:00 PM. Not a big deal, but I didn't have access to the truck for 45 min while the clock was ticking.

GEORGE A.I was rented the wrong item that I requested and the hitch was faulty. Thankfully there were no accidents and I was able to utilize the equipment I was rented for some of the reasons I rented but not all. Staff was not friendly once they realized they rented me the incorrect item. The gentleman working did help after the female employee was rude.
