Equipment was damaged. Straps on Tow dolly were torn and strap ratchet was rusted and would not secure the straps tight.
Mayra K G.The employee sat in their truck while I was knocking on the door. 1/2 hr. before posted time to close shop. I called and left msgs. Nobody ever returned a single one of my phone calls. Or customer services phone calls. Management never responded either. Which left me to do the 24/7 rental. Which wasn't too terrible to get the truck rented. The truck was clean. But it needed power steering fluid real bad, with nobody to tell this to, I just didn't end up driving the truck as much as I would have. (We used a friend's truck instead.) And just put small things in the uhaul as to not put a strain on the powersteering. Only used it for 2 trips in town instead of back and forth, like we had planned due to power steering being hard to handle and moaning very loudly with every turn. Pretty disappointed.
Billie S.Terrible experience. I waited an hour and a half for someone to finally show up to give me keys although I chose the self check in process. The gas tank was between 3-quarters full and half of a tank when I got into the vehicle so I filled it up exactly where I received it but yet they charged me $16 for no apparent reason.
