Moe was great, even if the location wasn't. More importantly, the 10 ft. truck that I picked up there worked well, despite the fact that the engine warning light was on from the moment that I picked it up. I mentioned it to Moe, he explained that it was something that he was aware of but that it wouldn't be a problem during my trip back to CA, and sure enough, it wasn't. I can't say that his answer reassured me much or that I was happy about it, but my schedule left me without other options, so I went with it. Ultimately, it worked out fine, but I never had peace of mind during the drive due to that darned engine warming light being lit up the whole time. Big picture: all was well that ended well. Moe was friendly and reassuring, but I will never know if he was right about the truck's mechanical condition or if he was just saying that to get me on my way.

The location is very dirty, the office smells badly, the wait was over 30 minutes to pickup the trailer and the attendant didn't finish connecting the trailer to my truck. If I didn't catch his error, and know how to properly connect the hitch to the trailer, I would have driven away with a potential road hazard. I even heard the same employee tell a customer that the truck she was renting didn't have brake lights. Why is the place representing UHaul?

This location is awful and I'm going to debate the charges; I think I was over charged. I drive for a living and have keep track of mileage , his calculations weren't adding up but I had to get back to work and there was a line. However, I will be contacting customer service on 9/28/18.

The store did not review what I have ordered online, I have requested 3 dozens of blankets and 2 utilities dolly and 1 furniture dolly, and the location only had 1 utility dolly and only 12 blankets 6 of which were wet and unwrapped. Additionally, the internet in that store was not working so it took a lot of time to finalize my contract.

I reserved the trailer online with the $8.00 insurance but when my husband picked the trailer up he was charged the $14.00 rate! This really upsets me! This man could look at my reservation and see that I had chosen the 8.00 insurance...I know This because we rented one about a week ago and they confirmed that we wanted the may only be a few dollars but it’s the principle of it all!

UHaul proprietor at pickup location was very helpful...

Better explanation of products and security of equipment, please stop lying about how to operate vehicle, gas mileage on vehicle, and insurance coverages. Chain and ropes for auto transport fell off many times during drive. Will make sure I never rent from U-Haul again and make sure to spread the word about their bad practices.

The employee I dealt with took forever to complete the paperwork portion and was severely lacking knowledgeable about the Uhaul process. I filled in the form online for quick pickup for the trailer without specifying a drop off and received a quote for $180. He helped me get the trailer, told me I could drop it off anywhere, and then took 45 minutes on the computer to get me a form to sign. The form listed my drop off location as the pickup location. I told him this was wrong as I was taking the trailer to Florida. He took another 10 minutes and said to take it to florida would be $380. I asked for an explanation for why it was more and he would only tell me that's just how it is. I regrettably agreed to the price so I could get my trailer because I had to go. He then asked for where in florida I was taking it. I told him lakeland. He took another 40-50 minutes to complete the paperwork with the new drop off. When done the paperwork said Lake Worth florida. I told him that was wrong and he said I can drop it off anywhere in Florida. I said are you sure? He said yes. I took the trailer and left. The next day I received a call from Lake Worth Uhaul and told them what I was told. Thankfully they were helpful and corrected my drop off for me to a lakeland location. This was a total nightmare for me as it took 2 hours for a simple trailer pickup that I completed the quick checkout for. This caused me to leave during rush hour traffic in houston which added a lot of time to my trip, and ended up costing me over DOUBLE what I was originally quoted online. EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED.

I made the request last minute, so I was satisfied with having to drive far to pick up the truck. But the fact that I was sent to one location for pick up then told there was not a truck available, was very time consuming and frustrating. Also almost every time I had to call you guys the was a long wait time. Driving to a location, then back home, on the phone for another 30-45 minutes, then another hour drive to pick up the truck was very frustrating, a specially when packing and moving is already so frustrating. Other than that everything was pretty smooth.

I rented on line and confirmed from a location less than a mile from my house. The day I went to pick up the truck, U haul, moved the location to a spot that was 12 miles from my house. This put me driving an extra 15 miles @ $1.09 a mile or charging me an extra $16.35 to my rental. The rental store was okay, but to move it from my original rental was very poor on U Haul part. Thanks, Charles

Moe is a pro at what he does.

The vehicle did not have a working air conditioning system. Also, the personnel on duty did not know anything about online reservations and self check-out. He ”Mo” stated thst i would get. 8 miles free for the non-working a/c which I also did not receive.

Had to go to 4 different locations, my first reserved location was not open & had no trucks. Ended up having to rent bigger truck, do to availability.
