Only complaint is that when I was dropping off they didn't seem to have an actual drop off location and the front counter attendant seemed to be in a rush like he was too busy to talk. He was nice, but rushed.

Mylyssa M.Make sure the equipment is checked in at the appropriate time so your customers don't get over charged. As a former dealer myself, I have never checked equipment in 2 days later and then charge the customer for extra days use when it was barely 18 hours of use. Especially when the customer even tells you while on site that the equipment is returned at 8:30 in the morning. Check it then. Still waiting for refund for overage.
