The appliance dolly and blankets I prepaid for were not there. They also did not provide a key for the padlock on the back of the truck. We ended up having to go to a different location and had to purchase blankets, had no dolly, and fortunately they were kind enough to lend a key for the padlock. This location is the worst and they should not be renting out trucks.
