I never stepped foot into the office. Person was outside and briefly looked at vehicle so I could return. My overall experience in the beginning has ruined my thought about using U-Haul again.

I’ll never come back to this U Haul ever again. I left the vehicle back at the location with more fuel then receiving it and was charged an astronomical amount for a “fuel charge.” This place is scamming customers out of money. I work for a company with 46,000 employees and also work/live in a military with people who constantly move. I will make sure to spread the word on my experience and hopefully prevent anyone from using U Haul. I was saddend by this terrible experience.

This is a typical Mom and Pop location. Not overly helpful. did not hold the novice by the hand. Did not come out and do an pre-inspection of the truck or trailer we rented, Did not get a full tank of gas only 3/4 tank. Got a truck with a cracked drivers mirror when told to Mom & Pop management did nothing about it on paperwork. Very POOR experience. Advise Do NOT USE! Positives they were open on a major holiday weekend.

The u haul trailer we got was okay but we needed one and then I took the trailer to drop off at the time that was supposed to be and check it in a hour later and charged for a extra day which is rediculus and had me furious

Used mobile drop off after hours. Parking lot is small.

Location was co-located with a used car dealer and repair shop. I could clearly see the UHaul equipment, but inside the office the UHaul desk was also the parts desk. A little confusing.

Customer service was friendly, but they did not go through the inspection and I left on the road with one break light not working.

So here we go. I received the email/text notifying me to pick up my truck from this location and to pick up the trailer from another location on the opposite side of town. I called this location and spoke with the rep. He told me there were three tow dollies coming in and he would set one aside for me to prevent me from driving across town. Perfect. I showed up, drove myself there, only to hear that the dollies were accounted for and they only had 6 of the 18 requested pads. This is and was bs because had I known this I would have had someone drop me off vice having to go through the next chain of events. So, the rep tells me the truck has less than half a tank of gas but what he should have said is the truck is on empty,e.g. fuel hand below empty. So I go back into the building and mention it to the rep who tells me they (site reps) only put enough gas in there to make it from SC and that there was a fuel credit. This is alright but a little deceptive in that they could have just said it was empty. As I was about to leave, I noticed the rep didn’t give me the pads so as I go back in to get the pads. At this point I have to drive in the opposite direction about a quarter of a mile to the gas station to get gas. With just shy of a quarter tank of gas, I depart for the location with the tow dolly and pads, Semper Fi Self Storage. With the tow dolly attached, I head back to the original location to get my car. I pull up and begin to load my vehicle only to notice the stellar reps outside watching. I am more than capable of accomplishing this task but would have thought the reps would offer to help. Then again, after the comedy of errors leading up to that point, I was surprised the building was still standing. Absolute worst U-Haul location imaginable. Recommended improvement would be communication, full disclosure, and did I mention communication? It should be mentioned that there was a fuel credit of $25.50, there was no mileage allocation for the tow dolly pickup or “emergency” gas requirement, and the truck box (rear area) was dirty.

Not only did the location not have a dolly that I reserved a week ahead of time, but I wasn’t notified about it until I picked up the truck. The truck must have had a leak in the ceiling as the truck had puddles on the inside. The worker printed my paperwork stating the truck had a full tank of gas when it only had 3/4 of a tank. The worker also did not walk me around the truck checking for damage as is custom with U-Haul as a company. Overall I got moved like I needed but this place was not up to U-Haul standards.

Very friendly salesman, very helpful with hitching trailer to my truck. If I was in the area again , and needed to rent again, would rent again from this Rental agent again in a heart beat!!!!

I was almost in a huge accident. I asked the man at this location if we needed to do an inspection. He replied with “nope, you’re all set”. Half way through my 5 hour drive one of the tires on the truck exploded and one of the tires on my auto transport exploded. I was driving 55 mph and saw my auto transport sideways on the road. I was able to get everything under control. When I pulled to the side of the road I called roadside assistance and they fixed the problem after 3.5 hours. Once he was done fixing the tires I walked around and checked the other wheels and one of them on the trailer was completly bald. I was paranoid the whole rest of my trip. This was a terrible experience and I don’t know if I will ever use u-haul again.
