Advertises as 24 hour drop off, but only has drop off for the U haul itself, no key drop off. You have physically return the key to them when they open at 7 am. Charged for an extra day because we were not able to get the key to them by the close of their office at 9 pm.

Made reservation several days in advance and when I went to pick up here uhaul site was down, wrong size truck, and no appliance dolly available even though I reserved one. It took 45 min. just to check out and get the truck. Then I had to go to another location to get appliance dolly.

Over charged 29.95 plus 14.00 insurance .69 cents a mile...did no less than 100 miles but still got charged 213.00..no email has been sent to show what the charges were for..not happy with this service.. Truck was muddy inside when we received it..

Close down this location , the lady would not help me because apparently she didn't want to help anyone Hispanic , and when i told her i would contact her area manager she started to help me get my uhaul and then told me she would hitch on the trailer and i would have to wait until her boyfriend came and put it on for us . She was very rude and gave nothing but attitude and when i asked how come the lights on the trailer weren't working she said it wasn't her job and walked away ! Worst experience !

They did not have the items that were reserved (furniture pads) although I had already discussed with them on a prior date, as well as the U-Haul reservations to confirm that they did have all the equipment needed. They argued with me for five minutes that they did not have a dolly - even though they had confirmed that they did a few days prior. I allowed them to listen to the voicemail I had saved of my reservation conformation stating that they did in fact talk to them and all the equipment was verified and amazingly they found a dolly. They also did not want to attach the car transport to the truck - when I discussed with a representative that they were supposed to, as long as my car was not on it. The whole experience took one and a half hours. The only reason I did not cancel was because it was too late to change my reservation. I recommend that you do not allow individuals that do not represent your organization positively to be associated with you. They did not act with integrity and were not knowledgeable about the equipment.

The staff at Frontier House were extremely helpful and courteous. Probably the best I've ever dealt with at any UHaul location. I had a very late pickup, and they went out of their way to assist me and get me on the road.

There was no one there to help me when I first arrived at exactly the time that I had said I would be there. I think there was a system issue because the lady who came in to help me had checked an hour before and there was no reservation showing for them. However, I had made that reservation that morning.

This location had the worst service I have ever expericed.. We made arrangements to pick up our trailer by 945 when we got there no one knew what we were talking about and was no one there to help us we had to do everything over the phone and then if that wasn't bad enough we had hook everything up as well .I was overchargied and trying to get in contact with U-Haul to get this resolved . Iit hasnot been resolved at this moment. The man who ran my card ran it for 182.01 but should have been 158...so overall I will not use uh ail or recommend to anyone either

I would expect that after a unit it dropped off it would be inspected before the next customer uses it. Not happy that it was up to us as the customer to make sure that it was safe to use.

dirty...unprepared...charged me form a dolly and moving blankets. Neither were in the movnig truck. called they said they would refund, but when we returned the truck they had not done so yet and so I had to deal with it that day and again in two days. Did no go over the truck or answer my questions. HORRIBLE!

This place went above and beyond what was required of them and helped us out when we needed them most. My wife and I needed the U-Haul because our car broke down and Sandy at the U-Haul store helped us get situated and even sent for a vehicle over an hour away. We are very grateful to her and would like to personally thank her for her help.

The lady behind the counter did not have a clue as to working the "uhaul" computer! After about 20 minutes she calls her daughter to stop by after school. If your going to sound half-way decent to customers, then know your product your carrying & study your manuals!

It took several phone calls and one wasted four hour drive, They blamed Uhaul. I have not idea whose fault. Said their computers were down. Terrible experience. I don't know whose fault. Just all around difficult.

Despite the fact that the order for a 10 foot truck was placed on line a month in advance, no 10 foot truck was available at the time of pick-up. We had to take a 14 foot truck which was bigger than we needed and no doubt cost more fuel. Their computer was very, very slow which caused extreme delays in processing the order. From the time we walked in the store until we left with our truck probably took about an hour.
