The vehicle had the lights hanging on by a cord I had to tape them in. It is in a gas station and no signahe around . Passed it up the first time.

Since I was a new customer, the service rep asked for two external contacts, not one as stated in the initial sign-up. It be great if that were made explicitly known to new customers. Other than that, it was a good experience and will consider U-Haul again when needed.

Everything went smooth, I checked in smoothly and the gentleman there was nuce

The steering of the truck was so stiff and so harder to turn. It was not good at all and I hope this is looked into before giving it to another customer. I really get exhausted and took all my energy while turning

The van I rented had a strong smell of gasoline inside. It was like someone spilled gasoline but didn’t clean it at all. Couldn’t use the A/C because of the strong odor

Service was very friendly and efficient. Van was quite new.

This store charged me an extra 10 miles! I took a picture before and after using your truck to record the exact number of miles that I've used and pretty sure I was overcharged by that store, and when I reached back to have the issue fixed I was just ignored. This is totally unacceptable!!! It's not the money, but rather the principle. And last time I used uhaul I was charged for gas, even though I have returned the truck exactly the same as I have taken it! Perhaps next time I should use Penske!

There was a homeless man sleeping in the back of the truck. He tried to lift the gate of the truck once we pulled off. He then refused to leave the U-Haul truck because it was his temporary residence. Wasted a lot of time arguing and fighting with the man. The U-Haul attendant did nothing to help.

The attendant was very professional and good spirited.

The person that attended to me is a criminal. He always leave his fuel at half tank so that how ever you try to return the vehicle at the same fuel level, he'll still charge you for fuel. He did that to me twice. I'm not happy with uhaul because of that fraud.

The truck smell like A horse and all my clothes started smelling like that

It's just a gas station so it's hard to "recommend" and "rate" a location like that. The attendant was nice and helpful, and once I got there it was super quick to just drop off the keys. However, this place is IMPOSSIBLE to get to. The mess of highways and lights and people makes it the worst place to access. I stopped for gas at the station across the street from it, thinking it would be a good idea but it ended up causing us to drive around for an extra 30 min and almost using up the gas I had just purchased. Don't be fooled - get gas elsewhere if you have to go here. Or better yet - go somewhere else.

The truck smelled like fish and needed a brake job.

I decided to drop it off after office hours. The self check out was great thru my phone but after i finished answering all the questions, i got frustrated since the drop box slot for the key was too small that it would not fit. I called twice to customer service and it took around 45 mins for an annoying solution. I brought the key to a 24 hour location on Christmas eve. It so happen that the self check out did not work due simple negligence of not checking the drop box probably for new acquired vehicles with big keyless entry keys. Someone did not do his or her job. It was a nice experience but ended badly.

I picked up the truck--it was muddy inside, smelled bad in the cab, and the back had pine needles and smelled like fish. There were no other 26' trucks and I had to move that day. The gentleman that worked with me was short at first, but then calmed down and became helpful. Once I got the truck down the road and pointed to where I needed it I noticed the check engine light was on. It had just started snowing so I tried to call but got no answer. By the time I got to my office the brakes were making noise. I was loading up two offices and unloading them. Since I hadn't started the truck myself, when I was ready to move on, I put my foot on the brake to start it and it blew. Now I had a full 26' truck and brakes that weren't working and it was full on accumulating snow. I couldn't wait to get it back to place. I told the last guy who took it, and paid him my $7 dolly rental but I am not so sure he took care of it.
