The mirror on truck was cracked and marked. There was some dirt in the truck. They key lock box came off in my hand. Nothing with BMR, but the app puck up asked for things I was unaware I needed!

I walked into their building and was not greeted by anyone, after waiting for 10 minutes I walked out into their bay where they were working on a vehicle. I waited even longer then yelled at them I was here to turn in a trailer. The person said just drop it anywhere and leave. Never offered to help me at all. I have used Uhaul several times and have never been treated like this.
