The lady that helped me was rude and not helpful at all!! She didn’t even take me to the truck or show me which one it was!! I was charged a deposit that I didn’t know about and she couldn’t even tell me why!! Asked her how I get my deposit back and she said she didn’t have any idea!!

No one present at the location new how to work the reservation system. This result in a timely delay. This was also the second location that I was sent to, as the first location did not have the equipment that I reserved. I ended up with a much larger truck than I needed or wanted, not happy!

My overall experience with the Uhaul in Joplin was awful. I reserved a truck for the one on 32nd street. It was not opened so I called in and was sent to Joplin 66. Once I got there I had to wait about a hour for the Uhaul person to get back from the bank.

Communication was shitty! Was instructed to return to a different location. Neither location communicated. Original location hit my credit for late and additional fees. No phone call or communication. Fucking tertible!!!!

My U-Haul trailer did not have an extension to reach my lights. They told me I’d have to pull it without because U-Haul did not leave wires. I felt that s was unacceptable however I had to move my daughter home Friday m college that day. Very nice nsafe!
