Truck barely made it back we couldn't take it down the turnpike cause we were afraid it'd quit moving again for what would have been a third time..we were thankful it ran good to move our stuff but once we were done is when it seriously started messing up the air-conditioning kept going on and off so we had to just keep it off so maybe that was what the problem was..it sounded like it was going to fall apart anywhere over 50mph and we have never had that happen u haul has always been a great experience until this particular truck the rental person was nice professional and courteous if it weren't for the truck itself it'd been a great experience

Trailer located 70 miles away from where reservation was made a week prior. Talked to 3 different people from uhaul customer service, different answers on location of my trailer from each. Very poorly organized, was not told trailer was not at expected pick up until the day before. Extremely upsetting.

Was not in the right pick up area. But Lone Star Feeds employes were very nice and helpful.

The pick up place was supposed to be in Plainview, Texas but ended up being at Tulia, Texas which normally is 30 minutes away but because of bad weather it took an hour to get there and an hour back. When we got to the pick up spot the trailer hitch was frozen to the ground. The brake lights didn't work so we had to buy a cable to hook them up and still the left signal light didn't work. When trying to pay for the Uhaul the man tried to charge us double for the trailer around $550 instead of $238 as in our contract. The man couldn't figure out how to type it into the computer. Overall, the pickup location and condition of the trailer was not as expected. I feel that the person renting the trailer should not have this much trouble with the service. I think the trailer itself was great but the problems that occured at the pickup spot made us unsure if it was worth the trouble.

Uhaul could keep their word to the customer. On my prior move, the truck broke down twice and I was told I would receive a $100 credit on my card because of the break downs. That never happened.
