The truck wasnt cleaned. We reserved an appliance dolly and we didnt get one. They didnt even look at the mileage before we took it. They just handed us the key and walked off.

Emily DThis company should not be affiliate with U-Haul. They lack knowledge they provided me with false telephone number to contact U-Haul. The service was not satisfied, and they overcharged me and continue to run my credit card. I would not recommend this to anyone.
