The person who rented to me assured me that going over no more than $52.00 could be paid on my payday 1/7/2021 with no issues. Here we are the 6th and my card was charged along with a fee due from my bank due to no funds being in the account. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with uhaul and I will be taking my business elsewhere when I need to rent a truck. It's bad enough I had to wait a whole hour when my rental started at 1pm for this worker to show up. Me and my husband along with a customer behind me walked all the way through the warehouse looking for a worker as well as outside and not 1 person was in sight. We totally could've robbed the place. We signed up for the contactless free option but we were forced to go inside to be handed the keys due to no code for the box outside. No one was inside the store and we waited 18 minutes for an employee to come inside. They asked if we had been helped and we advised no. So they went outside to tell the 3 other employees that we were waiting, and it took an additional 5 minutes for them to come in, rudely speak to us, and then hand us keys off the wall. I tried to avoid this location due to the poor reviews, but all other locations were booked and rescheduled me here.. twice. Don't go here unless you're desperate.Kaycee C.

Overall the experience and team were great. Equipment worked well, however, the truck was so LOUD I could not hear the radio or my son speaking. In fact, people would turn and look at us as we drove by. That truck needs some work.Fredric N.
U-Haul guaranteed that the van and location I had ordered would be available after I received confirmation. That was not the case here. Instead there was a last minute bate a switch. I had reserved the van at one location, only to find out when I went to pick it up that I needed to go to another location. This location was further out of my way which cost my an additional ~$15 in mileage fees. I will certainly be exploring alternates to UHaul in the future.ERIK D.

Please figure out your customer service versus scheduling desk process. Repeatedly, I would have a confirmed reservation and then get rescheduled 1-2 hours later. This makes it impossible to plan! Also, I waited on hold for over 3 hours in total. Generally, awful customer service. Lastly, I went in to complain and was told I would get a reduction in the cost of my move, and I was never given the promised reduction. This was promised by BRETT GROVER and KYLE MARVIN. It is very unfortunate because I have a lot of moving to do in the upcoming months and I likely will not use UHAUL due to this absolutely horrific experience.Julie F.
