This particular location is a complete disaster, unfit to represent U-Haul.
Duane BWhen dropping off, confirm with the agent on site that there are no additional charges, and that the contract states the correct number of days that you are being charged for. I was erroneously charged for an extra day when I had already paid for two days. To UHAUL'S credit, Uhaul customer service resolved the issue immediately. However. It caused me some anxiety initially.

Steven HIt was like going to a junk yard to rent a truck. The man runs a mobile truck repair business he was not there at 8:30am for my pickup time, I had to call him to get him to come there.someone from U-Haul needs to go see this location!
