No one was there, shop doors were open. Gave up waiting, used key drop off.
Rick B.Location looked abandoned. Owner/employees not present when we arrived. We called and they came quickly though. Friendly, but he tried to do everything from his phone and improperly completed the forms. He didn't check all the equipment out to us but sent us with it. The car dolly looked fine until we got it home and tried to load the car on it. The straps for the wheels were broken and not long enough to secure the vehicle. Overall our experience was very poor from start to finish. Our pick up location and equipment was changed on us, equipment was faulty, customer service was not helpful in any way. When we tried to contact the closest location to repair or replace the car dolly, we were told we would have to go back to the pick up location which ended up being nearly 30 miles from our preferred pick up location. We ended up with a smaller truck than needed as well.
Ray D.The Austin Uhual sent me two hours away to Kosse. The employee in Kosse was helpful, but I wouldn't recommend it to a friend because it was a ridiculous distance to drive.
