To rent the truck, I spent 30 minutes in there. He don't know how to manage the system. He said to me can you go another store for rent. I wasted my time.

When taking the truck to the drop off location that I was assigned they refused to take it saying they were full. Took several phone calls to uhaul who wanted me to take it to another drop off sight that was 25 miles further. Spent over an hour before they finally let me do a before hours online drop off. Then they tried to charge me because now I am late for my drop off time. Most frustrating experience and incompetence on U hauls part.
Mike L.The equipment that I ordered was not in the truck. The man at West Point Food Mart acted like I was an imposition and he kept moving me aside to wait on his regular customers. He gave me nothing but the key and did not do a walk through and when I got home, the two pieces of equipment were not in the truck. I had to go through a lot of red tape to pick it up somewhere else. The lady at West Point storage told me she could rent me the equipment. I finally asked her to call her regional manager (Chris who sent me there) and he finally told her to get me the equipment. This was a horrible experience at a highly stressful time. I would not go back to either of these locations.
