This was after hours. Had trouble with the app. I'd put a password in, new password etc. would not let me submit. Finally got someone on phone and they were helpful. Another lady was having the same problem. I don't like apps! Took forever! Person please!

One man operation, I arrived early and being another customer was there. I had to wait, computer is outdated and slow. Again, One man operation, he tries but he is only one person. Facility is in need of repairs and updating.
