Edward FWhile Rodney’s was excellent, U-Haul corporate experience was ghastly bad’ So much confusion and anxiety about reservation. You should return some control to the managers at each location! Are you afraid you might lose a $$?! Horrible business plan in general. Managers were powerless to offset the corporate inefficiency.
