The guy that helped me needs training, no customer service in him whatsoever. The truck is in bad shape, kept reading out no oil, lights wouldn't turn off till he redid the buttons. My wife was nerves about the ride and the games dont work right, when I was putting gas in it wouldn't read properly so I ended up putting over $15+ in and all in all a very bad experience. I will look for another place to rent from if I choose to rent from Uhaul.

this wasthe 4th uhaul vendor I had to go to, it took a corporate cust. service rep for over 1.5 hours to assist. finally got the truck. fro there on out Uhaul was excellent.

Do not overbook rentals for a location. Or at least be aware of the potential problem that will arise. Had I not called my pick up location 24 hrs before to be certain of pick up , I would have shown up the next morning to two available trucks but three reservations. They told me this is routinely done and clients take it out on the location when it is Uhaul Co. that creates the situation. Even my drop off location told me the same occurs for them. Otherwise good pickup and drop off experience. ( one way trip) Not happy with overage fee for truck miles. Would make for good public relations. Telling more people/ friends about overbook issue. I had to extend two days on the vehicle, at which time a deposit for that day was posted to my bank account. When the contract was closed on Tuesday morning, the total bill was also posted to my bank account; so U-Haul is tying up $109.21 of my money. How long will this continue to be a problem?

Utility dolly, furniture dolly, & furniture Pads were not with truck. We pick them up at the main u-haul on Okeechobee Rd. The truck and car tow dolly were in excellent condition.

This is the worst experience I have ever had with this company. I would never recommend using Uhaul. The quality of the service, the lack of customer service is just pitiful. Uhaul should be ashamed. Do business with Uhaul at your own peril.

The customer service at this location was excellent, however the truck was extremely dirty. The truck was old and when i drove it, it started making a terrible breaking down sound. I was afraid it would die have way.
