Ordered a 20 foot truck the day before via the uhaul store (over the phone) over on Wadsworth Blvd (just north of 6th Ave). When I got to city printing it wasn't there. They only had 15 footers. The guy there was not polite about trying to help me solve this problem. He called around to other people but seemed frustrated with me about the issue. He ended up saying I could go to a place on Alameda east of federal to get the 20 footer and I explained that was too far as I was already behind schedule so I asked if I could use one of the 15 footers he had in the lot. He seemed frustrated by the fact that I asked that after he worked sooooo hard to find a 20 foot truck for me. Guy was just not into customer service I guess.

Show how to adjust mirrors and remind to turn off cargo lamp a waste of gas

the guy helping me with the trailer did not tighten the handwheel -- the trailer almost fell off before I got out of the parking lot

First rate service! Got me hooked up and on my way in quick order.

The facility should verify the mileage "Out" for the customer before drawing up the contract and make necessary changes at that moment, we shouldn't have to take pictures of an odometer to try and prove that what they have in their "system" printed out on the contract we sign before even entering the rental equipment.
